This is a great camping trailer all around. Sleeps up to 9 people. Dinette and couch both convert to a bed. Everything works great. AC unit pumps out COLD air. Furnace works well and is quiet. Awning operates just like it should. Pulls out and goes back in nice and tight. There are no major tears or holes. The upper 'L shaped' bunk can sleep 2 kids, or sleeps 1 teenager comfortably with room to spare. 3 bunks in the rear. The rear 2 lower bunks have access door at the back, and a door inside for privacy. Can also be used for additional storage if nobody is sleeping back there. This trailer has A TON of storage. The fresh water tank is huge. We have a big family and the tank will last us a whole week no problem. New battery this summer. Extension legs are power and have no issues. Very comfortable and roomy trailer. Our family has loved every minute of using this trailer. Even though its a big unit, it tows well and stays straight. No leaks, dents, holes, or major cosmetic issues. All roof vent openings close snug. We have never had a single mouse inside this trailer, not one. The unit is sealed up well, and I patch any cracks in the caulking every fall. Grey and black tanks are flushed out and sanitized every fall. The trailer is 14 years old, so its not in perfect condition. Overall, for the year, size, and layout of this trailer, its in fantastic shape and has many years of enjoyment left. Length from hitch to bumper is 32.5 feet. I have not winterized yet, as someone may still want to use it this year. I will winterize upon request. Im willing to deliver if needs be.
